Hi Jason,

Congratulations, we have completed our second week together!

Status Update: We have challenged the negative items listed on your client page for accuracy and verifiability and are awaiting responses.

It is probably still too early for you to have received any updates in the mail from the credit bureaus but please continue to watch for them.

At this point in the process, there is a small percentage of our clients who will receive a credit bureau letter stating that before any challenges can be addressed they must confirm their address and social security number.  This happens when the credit bureau has a different address for you or multiple social security numbers listed for you.  If you have received one of these letters then please forward it to us along with 1 document that proves your address (such as a drivers license, utility bill, or credit card bill) and 1 document that proves your social security number (such as a copy of the card itself, pay stub if it has the social security number on it, or a tax document that lists the social security number - like a W2 form).

Reminder: send us any letters you receive from Trans Union, Experian, or Equifax.  Also send us any letters you receive from the original creditors.  Send them by email, fax, or mail
